Spain and Sweden tied

KATHMANDU: JUNE 15 – Spain have been held to a goalless draw by Sweden in Group E of the European Championship. Two-time Euro champions Spain drew 0-0 with Sweden in last night’s game.

Spain failed to finish, putting pressure on Sweden by holding on to the ball throughout the game. With more than 85 percent of the ball under their control, Spain failed to score despite repeated attempts to attack. With this draw, Spain and Sweden have shared points in the first game.
