US President congratulates Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett

KATHMANDU: JUNE 14 – US President Joe Biden has congratulated Israeli Prime Minister-elect Naftali Bennett on his visit to the United States.

In Israel, Naftali Bennett was appointed prime minister only on Sunday. He was sworn in as prime minister on Sunday night. Two hours after Israeli Prime Minister Bennett was sworn in, US President Joe Biden called to congratulate him.

During the phone call, the United States expressed its commitment to continue working with Israel in the days to come. During the phone call, US President Joe Biden reported that the United States had no other country closer to Israel.
