Ventilator in Rasuwa Hospital for the first time

RASUWA: JUNE 4 – Retired Member of Parliament and Social Campaigner Engineer Mohan Acharya, who is representing Rasuwa for the first time in the remote Himalayan district of Rasuwa, has provided a ventilator at Rasuwa Hospital. Acharya handed over the health equipment including ventilator to the Covid Control Management Committee on Wednesday.

According to Rasuwa Chief District Officer Ishwori Prasad Dhakal, Acharya received four units of mini-ventilators, five hospital beds, 30 oximeters and 3,000 surgical masks worth Rs 1.6 million. According to Acharya, the health supplies have been sent to the district hospital in Dhunche and the rural hospital in Jivjive as per the instructions of Acharya.

The District Coordinating Committee for Covid Control has stated that the material obtained by Acharya in the complex situation of Covid-19 is in the public interest. Acharya said that he has personally provided ventilators to two hospitals in the district with the aim of facilitating the treatment of patients with respiratory problems due to lack of oxygen in the body.

Even in the first wave of Covid-19, Acharya provided health care to more than 500 needy families who had difficulty coping with the epidemic in the morning and evening, and health insurance to more than 500 people working in the Corona control front.
