Concerned about Covid-19 epidemic: Former King Shah
KATHMANDU: JUNE 3 – Former King Gyanendra Shah has expressed his concern over the dire situation created by Covid-19 and the state of the epidemic. Informing about the health condition of him and his wife Komal on Thursday, the former king expressed concern over the Covid epidemic and thanked the health workers, security personnel, cleaners and social workers who have been at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19.
They expressed their gratitude to all who cared for and wished them well when they were hospitalized with Covid-19 infection. Informing that both of them have now returned home fully recovered, the former King Shah said that they are worried about the epidemic situation inside and outside the country.

He wished speedy recovery to all Nepalis undergoing treatment and wished lasting peace to the souls of those who lost their lives due to Covid-19.
