Fire in Chaudhary Udyog Gram under control [Update]

KATHMANDU: JUNE 2 – The fire at the beer factory in Chaudhary Udyog Gram has been brought under control. The fire at the factory in Devchuli Municipality-2 of East Nawalparasi was brought under control after three hours.

The fire started at 8:20 am. The fire was put out with the help of two fire brigades, Nepal Army, Armed Forces and District Police, industry workers and locals, said Madhav KC, Ward Chairman of Devchuli-2. It is estimated that the fire started due to an electrical short.

However, police are investigating about fire. Details of the damage are yet to come.
