Fire at beer plant in Chaudhary Udyog Gram

KATHMANDU: JUNE 2 – A fire has broke out at Chaudhary Udyog Gram in Devchuli Municipality-2 of East Nawalparasi. The fire broke out at the industry’s beer plant and warehouse.

The fire started at 8:20 am on Wednesday and is now out of control. Police, firefighters and workers are trying to control the blaze.

Damodar Poudel, administration chief of the industry, said that the bottling plant and warehouse have caught fire so far. The cause of the fire has not been disclosed. Details of the damage are yet to come.
