Anti-China Chinese immigrants demand postponement of 2022 Beijing Olympics
MUNICH, GERMANY: JUNE 23 – They have demanded the postponement of the 2022 Olympic Games scheduled to be held in Beijing, the capital of China.
On the eve of International Olympic Day, Chinese immigrants protesting against the Chinese government are demanding the postponement of the upcoming Beijing Olympics.
They said it would not be appropriate to hold such a big sports competition next year as the threat of Corona Virus epidemic has not yet been completely eradicated.
As part of a one-point campaign to postpone the Beijing Olympics, the Chinese have demonstrated in more than 60 major cities around the world today. The anti-Chinese immigrants scattered in different countries have claimed that they will not be able to hold sports competitions next year as well.
They also urged the Chinese president and Olympic committee officials to convey the message that the Games should be postponed.
Chinese protesters have also warned not to look at it from a political or other point of view and to pay attention to health sensitivities. They also said that they would continue such oppressive campaigns to postpone the Olympics.
The 2022 Beijing Olympics are scheduled to take place from February 4 to February 20 at the Beijing National Stadium. It has been decided that there will be 109 competitions of 7 games in that competition. (ANI)
