MANANG: JUNE 22 – In Manang, the Nepal Army has built a temporary wooden bridge over the Sialku River. Two temporary wooden bridges have been constructed from the river to Nayabazar Koto.

According to the Army, a wooden bridge has been constructed at Sialku River in Chame Village Municipality-4 with the cooperation of a team deployed from Randal Gulm, Nepal Police and locals.

The floods and landslides that came after incessant rains on June 19 have washed away bridges and roads in different places of Manang district. A temporary wooden bridge has been constructed due to traffic problems after the bridge collapsed.
