Second dose of Covishield vaccine is to be given Wednesday

KATHMANDU: JUNE 22 – Two thousand 500 people of Lalitpur Metropolitan City will be vaccinated with the second dose of Covishield vaccine on Wednesday. Of the first dose of Covishield vaccinated, 2,220 people over the age of 77 and 280 people’s representatives, employees and health volunteers of the concerned wards will be vaccinated from 10 am to 4 pm.

Chief Administrative Officer Ganesh said that those who come to Lagankhel Veterinary Service Center, Patan High School, Municipal Premises, Dhapakhel Health Post, Sunakothi-based Balkumari School, Khokana, Karyabinayak School under Bungmati Area and Harisiddhi and Shyambu Health Post must bring the first dose letter and proof of age. It is stated in the notice issued.

In view of the Corona epidemic spreading in the country, the corporation will arrange coupons on the basis of the recommendation list received from the concerned ward and participate in the vaccination program by following the health standards.
