Spain took an early lead in the 25th minute through a goal by Alvaro Morata, but Poland equalized in the 54th minute through a goal by Robert Lewandowski. Spain also missed a penalty in the 58th minute. Gerard Moreno missed a penalty for Spain.
After this draw, Spain has been stopped in the second match in a row. Earlier, in the first match, Sweden was held to a goalless draw. Spain, in Group E, have two points from two games, while Poland have one point from two games.
Similarly, in Group E, Sweden has 4 points in 2 games while Slovakia has 3 points in 2 games. Spain will now play Slovakia and Poland will play Sweden in the final match of the group stage.
