Health material assistance to journalists

KATHMANDU: MAY 24 – Health materials have been provided to the active journalists of the district media who have been at the forefront of informing the public at a time when the new variant of Corona Virus is on the rise. In coordination with the initiative of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Bajura, and with the help of a social engineer, health materials have been handed over to the infected journalists.

Chairman of the Federation of Nepali Journalists, Bajura, Chakka Malla told RSS that health materials including sanitizer, Max, Face Shield and PPE set have been handed over to the journalists working in the district-run radio, online and magazine. According to him, social activist Hemraj Thapa, Nepali Congress women leader Bidhya Timalsina and Radha Khadka Giri have donated the health items. -RSS
