One thousand 200 cylinders of oxygen assistance to Trishuli Hospital
NUWAKOT: SUNDAY, MAY 23, 2021 – At a time when the demand for oxygen for Corona prevention is increasing, ‘Our Oxygen Industry’ has donated 1,200 cylinders of oxygen to Trishuli Hospital in Nuwakot.
Gopi Prasad Kandel, president of the National Federation of Industry Entrepreneurs, Nuwakot, and Dinesh Dhakal, businessman, handed over the cylinders after discussions with Bagmati Minister for Internal Affairs and Law Keshav Raj Pandey and CPN (UML) Nuwakot Secretary Kashiraj Adhikari.
Minister Pandey thanked them for their help during the epidemic and said that a conducive working environment would be created for the industrialists. The Kakani-based industry in Nuwakot has been producing more than 700 to 750 cylinders of oxygen daily in Nepal.
Kandel, a respected business personality (CIP), is the founding president of the industry. He said that the people of the district have been encouraged to help in carrying out their social responsibility thinking that no one would die due to lack of oxygen.
Chairman of the hospital Arjun Neupane and Medical Superintendent Dr Dipendra Pandey were informed about the assistance on Saturday. The cylinder will be sent at the rate of 10 ÷ 10 daily.
