Prohibitory order for one more week

KATHMANDU: FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2021 – The district crisis management committee met on Friday after the new variant of Corona Virus infection was on the rise in the district. A one-week prohibitory order has been added. According to Chief District Officer Gopal Kumar Adhikari, the meeting has added a prohibitory order with effect from midnight on Jestha 14.

He told the RSS that the prohibitory order has been extended till the night of Jestha 14 as the number of infected people is increasing and the number of deaths has not stopped. Assistant Chief District Officer and Information Officer Sameer Bhandari has informed the RSS that a prohibitory order has been issued to make the infection control and prevention effective as the flow of people from India and other countries to the district has not been stopped. -RSS
