Pedestrian hit by a Scorpio

JHAPA: FRIDAY, MAY 21, 2021 – A pedestrian has died after being hit by a Scorpio in Kamal village of Jhapa last night.

According to the District Police Office, Jhapa, a 62-year-old tailor of Shivasatakshi Municipality-1 was hit by a Scorpio at Kamal Rural Municipality-3, Sano Kerkha.

A police team has been deployed at the spot and the driver of the vehicle, Scorpio, has been taken under control. Further investigation is underway, police said. -RSS
