One killed, two injured in tractor accident

KHOTANG: THURSDAY, MAY 20, 2021 – One person has been killed and two others injured in a tractor accident in Khotang district. A person has died in a tractor accident at Diktel Rupakot Majhuwagadi Municipality-6 in Khotang district this morning.

State no. 1-02-003 tractor (No. 0280) carrying mixture for road construction had fallen 20 meters from the road this morning, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Netra Bahadur Gurung, 25, of Rawabesi Rural Municipality-4, Khotang. The driver and co-driver of the tractor have been injured. The injured have been shifted to District Hospital, Khotang for treatment.
