Medical equipment handed by Sarbottam Cement

KATHMANDU: MONDAY, MAY 10, 2021 – Sarbottam Cement Limited has handed over essential medical equipment to a hospital in Sunwal Municipality.

The company has provided 10 sets of beds, ECG machines and 10 oxygen flowmeters as well as various other equipments required for the ICU room. On behalf of the company, Narayan Prasad Pandey handed over the equipment to Sunwal Municipality Mayor Bhim Bahadur Chhetri and Deputy Chief Dadhiram Aryal. The company believes that the device will further help the health system of Sunwal Municipality in the current epidemic.

Fulfilling its commitment to social responsibility (CSR), the company has assisted the municipality.

According to Gopal Sarda, Brand Manager of the company, the Sarbottam Cement is the first cement industry in Nepal to produce cement using the latest European VRM technology. The company, which is ISO 9001 quality certified, 14001 environmentally friendly and Nepal quality certified, is selling cement under the brands Green Sarbottam OPC and Saurabh Green PPC.

Sarbottam Cement has now increased the production capacity of its industry from 25,000 bags per day to 60,000 bags.
