Five infected people die in 12 hours in Biratnagar

BIRATNAGAR: MONDAY, MAY 10, 2021 – In the last 12 hours, three people have died at Birat Medical College due to Covid infection. A critically ill infected person has died.

According to Sunil Dev, coordinator of Birat Medical College, the deceased have been identified as two from Biratnagar and one from Duhabi Municipality. The deceased have been identified as a 68-year-old woman of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-7, a man of Biratnagar-5 and a 35-year-old man of Duhabi Municipality. According to the hospital, they have respiratory problems.

Similarly, two infected people have died at Nobel Medical College. A 35-year-old man of Barahakshetra Municipality-1 and another died at the hospital, said Narayan Dahal, director of the hospital. He informed that work is underway to identify another infected person.
