In Gulmi, a seven-year-old boy recovered from Covid-19

GULMI: SUNDAY, MAY 9, 2021 – A seven-year-old boy has won a Corona at Covid-19 Special Hospital run by Madane Municipality of Gulmi. Rajesh Raut, a seven-year-old boy from Madane-1, Aglung, has beaten Corona at the temporary Covid Hospital in the village. His parents had taken him to a health post on Baisakh 20 after he got difficulty in breathing and fever. Health workers tested positive for Corona and found it to be positive.

On the same day, he was admitted to the temporary Covid Hospital in Ward No. 4, Myalpokhari and given oxygen purchased by the municipality. Corona recovered with the help of other vitamins and was discharged on the fifth day on Saturday evening, said Tirtha Raj Panthi, health coordinator of the village.

A 10-bed temporary Covid-19 special hospital has been set up in Myalpokhari for the treatment of Corona infected. The hospital has three oxygen plants and six oxygen cylinders. This is the first time in the district that Corona has won from the temporary Covid Hospital run by the municipality. – RSS
