Ambulance and hearse prepared by Biratnagar Congress

BIRATNAGAR: SUNDAY, MAY 9, 2021 – Nepali Congress Biratnagar Metropolitan Committee has started vehicle management to control Covid infection. Mayor Arun Neupane has given his vehicle (Ba 15 Cha 6322) for use as an ambulance.

He said that they have decided to give the vehicle they have in case the citizens are facing problems. He has provided his vehicle to Biratnagar metropolis. “I have given the car to the metropolis. It will be used free of cost for the city dwellers who do not have an ambulance for treatment based on their need,” he said.

He said that he helped as a political activist and public servant with the aim of helping even if it was small. He will donate his vehicle to transport the sick and another vehicle will be rented and used for body management. The vehicle (Ko 1 Cha 9274) was hired and used as a hearse, Neupane told Makalu Khabar.

He said that the vehicles were kept in pre-prepared condition as it was estimated that the number of deaths could increase as more than four infected people die daily from various hospitals in Biratnagar. On behalf of the city committee, Arun Neupane, Bhim Parajuli and Nirmal Subedi rented a vehicle and provided it.
