The recommendation of the Ministry of Health is mandatory for oxygen

KATHMANDU: SUNDAY, MAY 9, 2021 – The Ministry of Health and Population has urged the entrepreneurs not to sell / distribute oxygen cylinders without their recommendation. The ministry has issued a circular to the oxygen industry requesting it not to sell oxygen cylinders to any government, community and private hospitals without recommendation.

The request was made to 10 companies related to Oxygen on Saturday. “Due to the second wave of the Covid-19 epidemic that is spreading day by day in Nepal, it is requested not to sell cylinders to any government, community and private hospitals without the recommendation of the ministry as the distribution of oxygen needs to be more systematic as many infected people need oxygen.”
