Chelsea in the Champions League final

KATHMANDU: THURSDAY, MAY 6, 2021 – English club Chelsea has reached the final of the UEFA Champions League. Chelsea beat Real Madrid 2-0 in the second semi-final of the Champions League last night to reach the final with an overall victory of 3-1.

Earlier, in the first league of the semi-final, both were held to a 1-1 draw. Timo Werner and Mason Mount scored one goal each in Chelsea’s win. Werner scored in the 28th minute and Mount in the 85th minute.

Chelsea will now face Premier League club Manchester City for the title in the final. City have already beaten PSG to reach the Champions League final for the first time in the club’s history. The final game will be played on May 29.
