Prohibitory Order issued in Sunsari

INARUWA: WEDNESDAY, MAY 5, 2021 – The District Administration Office, Sunsari, has issued a complete prohibitory order with effect from last night. Assistant Chief District Officer Mahesh Kumar Pokharel informed that the ban was issued as per the decision of the DCCMC meeting held at the Sunsari headquarters Inaruwa on Tuesday.

He informed that chain breaking has been banned in the district as the rate of Corona infection is increasing. He said that with the issuance of the complete ban, the previous system of vehicles in Sunsari has been removed. Assistant Chief District Officer Pokharel said that it has been decided to stop the operation of vehicles other than essential services.

Ambulances, drinking water, fuel, health, food grains, vegetables, fruits, milk and milk products, meat and meat products will be allowed to operate in the vehicles on the list of essentials. Stating that the security forces have been instructed to tighten the ban, he said that action would be taken as per the Infectious Diseases Prevention Act, 2020 if found violating it. – RSS
