‘Tapai Ko Mask Khoi’ campaign
KATHMANDU: MONDAY, APRIL 26, 2021 – Police have launched a ‘Tapai Ko Mask Khoi’ campaign. The campaign ‘Tapai Ko Mask Khoi’ has been jointly organized by the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division Kalanki and the Metropolitan Police Division Kalanki.
Community Police Service Center Kuleshwor is in the campaign with the message issued in the public interest. Chief of the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division, Kalanki, Shankar Khadka said that the program has been launched for vehicles entering and leaving the valley and for the citizens to wear masks and travel safely.
Those who did not wear masks and resisted were kept in the holding center at Kalanki Chowk for two hours, said Kalanki Police Chief Mithu Khadka. Twenty-one people without masks walking around Kalanki Chowk have been kept in the holding center for two hours. The campaign will be conducted in Chandragiri, Kalanki and other places, said Kalanki Traffic Chief Khadka.
