The share market declined by 75 points and the turnover was over Rs 7 billion
KATHMANDU: SUNDAY, APRIL 25, 2021 – Nepal’s stock market (NEPSE) index fell sharply on Sunday. On the same day, the market index dropped by 75.79 points to 2572.22 points.
The sensitive index has also declined by 12 points. The transaction amount is comparatively higher on this day. A total of 1,46,90,720 shares of 215 companies worth Rs 7 billion 288.41 million 94 thousand 901 rupees were traded on the day.
Among the companies earning a lot on this day are Kumari Bank Limited promoter shares, Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, Bishal Bazar Company, Kalika Power Limited, Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha. The promoter share of Kumari Bank has risen by more than 14 percent.
On this day, all the group indicators have turned red. Life insurance group has declined the most by 440 points.
