A man died of Corona infection in Dang

DANG: SUNDAY, APRIL 25, 2021 – A man infected with Corona died in Dang on Sunday. A 57-year-old resident of Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City-15 has died while undergoing treatment at Corona Special Hospital, Beljhundi, said hospital manager Dorna Oli.

According to him, the man died at around 11:15 this morning. He was admitted to the intensive care unit of the hospital on Baisakh 2. He even had pneumonia. Earlier, a 42-year-old woman from Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan City-10 had died due to Corona last Saturday.

She died while undergoing treatment at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences. Six people have died of Corona infection in the district since Baisakh. Three died in Soma Tulsipur, two in Ghorahi and one in Lamahi.

Meanwhile, Corona infection was confirmed in 88 people in Dang on Saturday alone. According to the District Emergency Operations Center, the PCR of 160 at Rapti Institute of Health Sciences, Dang, confirmed the Corona of 67 and 21 out-of-district tests.
