Judges Chudal and Subedi took oath

KATHMANDU: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2021 – Supreme Court Judge Dr. Kumar Chudal and Nahakul Subedi took oath of office and secrecy today (Wednesday).

Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana administered the oath of office to both of them at a function held at the Supreme Court.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Lilanath Shrestha, members of the Judicial Council and judges of the Supreme Court were present at the swearing-in ceremony.

President Bidya Devi Bhandari had appointed them both on Monday after the approval of the Federal Parliament, Parliamentary Hearing Committee.
