2-day orientation and banking training for Shangri-la employees

KATHMANDU: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2021 – Shangri-la Development Bank Ltd. has provided two days orientation and banking training for its employees.

The bank has stated that such training has been provided to the employees of various departments and branches of the bank on Baisakh 5 and 6.

The bank has stated that the training has been given to the employees for the purpose of informing, teaching and orienting the employees about the work and policies of the bank.

Speaking at the conclusion of the two-day program, Chief Executive Officer of the Bank, Suyog Shrestha, encouraged the employees and said that this kind of training would enhance the efficiency of the employees and contribute to the sustainable development of the employees themselves and the bank.

Employees who participated in the program said that they were encouraged to work through the training.

Due to the deep trust, deep affection and trust of the general public towards the bank, the bank has been adhering to the best practices of 95 branch offices, 31 ATMs across the country, as well as institutional good governance, risk management and internal control system.
