Ajod Insurance’s net profit rose 247.39 percent
KATHMANDU: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2021 – Ajod Insurance Limited has collected a total insurance fee of Rs. 88 crore 43 lakh 17 thousand 2 hundred 18 in 2076/07. This is 113.13 percent more than the previous year. Such details were made public at the company’s third annual general meeting held on Tuesday.
The company has managed to earn a net profit of Rs. 4 crore 56 lakh 34 thousand 6 hundred 71. The company’s net profit has increased by 247.39 percent compared to the previous year and the insurance fund has increased by 104.08 percent. The company has accumulated Rs 6 crore 23 lakh 72 thousand 6 hundred 52 in the insurance fund.
The general meeting has passed a proposal to pass an amendment to the management letter and rules of the company and to give all the authority to the board of directors to make necessary amendments accordingly if there are any suggestions or instructions from the regulatory bodies.
Meeting allowances and other facilities of the Board of Directors, other committees and sub-committees and the meeting has discussed and passed the third annual report for the fiscal year 2067/07.
