2.5 million IPOs of CEDB Hydro Power Company are coming

KATHMANDU: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 21, 2021 – CEBB Hydro Power Company is going to issue 25 lakh 18 thousand 230 primary shares (IPO). The company has received approval from the Nepal Securities Board (NSB) on 2nd of Baisakh to issue an IPO of that amount. The company is going to raise capital of Rs 25 crore 18 lakh 23 thousand rupees for the construction of the hydropower project by issuing IPO of that amount. An IPO is to be issued to raise 30 percent of the company’s capital.

The company has appointed Sunrise Capital Limited as the sales manager for the IPO issue.

The company is in the process of issuing IPO. The company has started construction of 100 MW hydropower projects in different parts of the country. Some of these projects are in operation.
