Growing panic, stop more than 5 people from gathering in public places

KATHMANDU: MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2021 – The government has banned more than five people from gathering in public places. The cabinet meeting on Monday morning issued a ‘Corona Epidemic Control Prevention Order with a new variant’ stating that no more than five people can gather in a public place.

According to the order, party palaces will be closed throughout Baisakh and more than 25 people will not be allowed to participate in weddings, bratbandhas and funeral.
