Assuming office by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Prabhu Bank Limited

KATHMANDU: MONDAY, APRIL 19, 2021 – Lila Prakash Sitaula, newly appointed chairperson of the board of directors of Prabhu Bank Limited, has taken oath of office and secrecy before Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari of Nepal Rastra Bank.

The bank has also chaired the meeting of the board of directors and assumed the post of chairman of the board of directors.

He has been appointed as an independent director of the bank and has been selected as the chairman of the board of directors by the meeting of the board of directors on 2nd of Baisakh.

He has a master’s degree from Tribhuvan University and has a long working experience in the banking sector of Nepal.

After completing 25 years of service in Nepal Rastra Bank, he retired from the post of Executive Director and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Agriculture Development Bank for 4 years.

Prabhu Bank is confident that the strong leadership will further encourage Prabhu Bank to expand its business in the coming days and expand quality services with state-of-the-art technology.
