KMC’s free health camp at Aiselukharka in Khotang
KHOTANG: SUNDAY, APRIL 18, 2021 – Kathmandu Medical College, located at Sinamangal in Kathmandu, has conducted a free health camp in Aiselukharka Rural Municipality-3 of Khotang on Saturday. A one-day free health camp has been organized in collaboration with Aiselukharka village municipality.
Speaking at the inauguration program, former MP Saraswati Gajumaya, Aiselukharka village chairman Vishwanath Niraula, former Nepali Congress district president Subash Pokhrel and others urged the patients to get full health care from the camp.
KMC General Manager Narayan Dahal informed that 1,365 patients were treated free of cost in the camp. According to Dahal, 162 ECGs, 192 lab tests and 204 video X-rays have been taken.
After social worker Dr. Sunil Sharma took over the responsibility of KMC chairman, KMC has been continuing to run free health camps lately.
