A remake of Anil and Madhuri’s ‘Tezaab’ is also being made

AGENCY: FRIDAY, APRIL 2, 2021 – There has been a flood of remakes in Bollywood. Of the films released in Bollywood, 25 percent are remakes. Most of the films are in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam etc.

Meanwhile, a remake of Anil Kapoor and Madhuri Dixit’s superhit film ‘Tezaab’ is also being made. The remake rights of the film have been bought by ‘Kabir Singh’ producer Murad Khetani.

Lately, Sajid Nadiala has taken remake rights of many old films. Following him, Murad Khetani has also started taking remake rights of old Hindi films. In this process, he has taken the right of ‘Tezaab’. Murad had earlier taken the remake rights of ‘Namak Halal’ starring Amitabh Bachchan.

Murad had also bought the remake rights of the Tamil film ‘Thadam’. It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post. The film is currently in the script stage.
