KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 30, 2021 – The Holi festival is being celebrated in various districts of the Terai on Monday amid fears of a second wave of corona virus infection.

But this year’s Holi is different from previous years. Terai people, who have been celebrating Holi openly in public places in the past, have shrunk this year.

Many have played Holi only with family members in their own homes. In some organizations, Holi is played only with the family members.
