Policy agreement between Panchakanya Foundation and Ajis

KATHMANDU: SUNDAY, MARCH 28, 2021 – A policy agreement has been reached between Panchakanya Foundation and Ajis. The Panchakanya Foundation is an organization involved in social activities, which has been a leader in the production of construction materials and various business sectors under the Panchakanya Group since 1972.

Ajis is also an organization in the social sector that helps older people to promote their knowledge, skills and experience to lead a healthy and happy life, the foundation said.

An agreement was signed between the two organizations on 2077-12-08 with the objective of providing a suitable place to share the extraordinary life stories and experiences of the elderly.

The main objective of the partnership is to bridge the generational and cultural gap between the younger generation and the elderly and to help continue the ancient tradition in the future, the foundation said.

Each of its series is believed to help inspire future generations with the extraordinary life stories and personal experiences of older people.

Each of its series is recorded in Nepali, Newari and English, according to the foundation.
