Infected began to grow in State 1

BIRATNAGAR: THURSDAY, MARCH 25, 2021 – The number of infected people is expected to increase in Covid hospitals which were vacated two days ago. On Wednesday evening alone, 13 new corona infections were seen in State 1.

According to the Ministry of Social Development, 10 people have been infected in Morang and three in Sunsari. According to the ministry, 10 men were infected in Biratnagar of Morang, two in Inaruwa of Sunsari and one in Dharan. PCR tests were conducted on 322 people in State 1 on Wednesday. Of the tested, 7 men and 6 women reported positive.

The last infected person has not been traced. So far, PCR tests of 228,862 people in State 1 have shown corona infection in 30,307 people. Of those infected, 29,797 have been discharged. According to the Ministry of Social Development, 44 people are in isolation.

Of those infected, 466 have died. In State 1, 2 lakh 98 thousand 853 people have been vaccinated against Covid 19.
