Three Nations Cup: Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan playing in the first match

KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021 – The ‘Three Nations Cup’ football tournament between U-23 teams of Nepal, Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan is starting from today at Dasharath Rangasala. On the first day of the tournament today (Tuesday) Bangladesh is competing with Kyrgyzstan’s U-23 team.

The U-23 teams of Bangladesh and Kyrgyzstan will compete in the first match of the tournament at Dasharath Rangasala. The game will start at 5.30 pm Nepali time. Dasharath Rangasala has been decorated for the competition. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has already completed all the preparations.

Nepal will play its first match on Chaith 12 against Kyrgyzstan’s U-23 team in the tournament which will be held till Chaith 16. Nepal will play the final match of the league stage against Bangladesh on Chaith 14. The top two teams in the points table will compete in the final. The final match will be played at Dasharath Rangasala on Chaith 16.

The winner of the competition will receive $5,000 and the runner-up 3,000. The best player in the tournament will receive $500 and the man of the match in each game will receive $250.

To watch the game, ANFA has set the ticket price at Rs 700 for ordinary parafit and Rs 1,500 for VIP. Despite having a capacity of 15,000 spectators, ANFA had earlier decided to admit only 12,000 spectators. However, ANFA is still in discussions as the corona infection has increased in India and other countries in recent times.
