Nepal and Bangladesh sign four MoUs
KATHMANDU: TUESDAY, MARCH 23, 2021 – Nepal and Bangladesh have signed a memorandum of understanding on four issues in the presence of the Presidents of the two countries.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Tourism Cooperation, Sanitation, Cultural Exchange and Rohanpur-Singhabad Railway was signed in the presence of President of Nepal Bidhya Devi Bhandari and her counterpart Mohammad Abdul Hamid at Bangabandhu Bhawan, Bangladesh.
The MoU was signed by Nepal’s Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Secretary Yadav Prasad Koirala and Bangladeshi Civil Aviation Secretary Mohammad Mokammel Hossain, Nepal’s Industry, Commerce and Supplies Secretary Dinesh Bhattarai and Bangladeshi Senior Agriculture Secretary Mohammad Mesbahul Islam, Cultural Affairs Secretary Badrul Arefin and Commerce Secretary Mohammad Jafar Uddin.
The two presidents met at the Rashtrapati Bhawan before signing the MoU.
