NADA provides assistance to fire victims of Taplejung Dobhan

KATHMANDU: The NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal (NADA) has provided financial assistance to the fire victims of Dobhan in Taplejung.

A six-member NADA delegation led by NADA Chairman Krishna Prasad Dulal met Minister for Physical, Infrastructure and Transport Basanta Kumar Nemwang on Sunday and provided Rs 2 lakh 1 thousand in financial assistance.

Under the social responsibility of NADA, the amount has been provided to the District Disaster Management Committee Taplejung for the fire victims in Dobhan of Taplejung.

During the meeting, NADA Chairman Dulal collected funds from NADA officials and working committee members for the relief of fire victims in Dobhan of Taplejung and handed over a cheque in the name of 2,01,000 District Disaster Management Committee Taplejung to the Hon’ble Minister.

During the discussion, Minister Nemwang thanked NADA for its interest and support during the disaster.

NADA President Dulal, Vice Presidents Karan Kumar Chaudhary, Akash Golchha, General Secretary Sunil Rijal, Secretary Anup Kumar Baral and Treasurer Surendra Kumar Upreti were also present on the occasion.
