Devkota appointed CEO of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank

KATHMANDU: Bodhraj Devkota has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank. A meeting of the bank’s board of directors on Sunday appointed him CEO.

Only a few days ago, Devkota resigned from the post of Deputy CEO of Citizens Bank and went on leave with Citizens Bank.

Devkota, who has been associated with Citizens Bank since its inception, has worked in the banking sector for 25 years.

He had worked for Citizens Bank as Deputy CEO for about 11 months. Devkota has done MPhil in Finance Management from Kathmandu University.

Similarly, he has completed post-graduate studies in Finance Management from Tribhuvan University.
