Free health camp at Medicity Hospital in Pashupatinath
KATHMANDU: Around 500 devotees and the general public have received health services on Wednesday and Thursday at a free health camp organized by Nepal Medicity Hospital on the occasion of Mahashivaratri.
Like every year, this year too, Nepal Medicity Hospital has provided health services at the holy religious site. A medical team of doctors, paramedics and nurses, including an ambulance, operated in Siberia from Wednesday afternoon to Thursday night.
According to the hospital, many people have participated in the camp for some emergency patients and general check-ups. Most of the devotees were found to have minor injuries, injuries and weakness. The number of people taking blood pressure and diabetes tests is high, the hospital said.
General Manager of the hospital, Bijay Rimal, said that they have been increasing their activities in the camps and public awareness programs as soon as the Covid-19 infection is under control.
