Keep the ballot printing machine ready: Minister Shrestha

Kathmandu. Minister for Education, Science and Technology Krishna Gopal Shrestha has instructed Janak Education Materials Center Limited to keep the ballot printing machine ready.

He said that the government would start printing ballot papers at any time and instructed to keep the machines ready.

He said, “Prepare the machine provided by the Election Commission for printing ballot papers. Ballot papers should be printed as soon as the Commission gives instructions.”

“I have heard that the Election Commission has a machine for printing ballot papers,” he said.

Stating that it is heard that the books have not reached even in the last hours of the academic session in various remote districts of the country every year, Minister Shrestha has instructed the Center to work in such a manner in the coming days.

“Tell us about the problems of not being able to deliver the book on time. We are doing what we can on behalf of the ministry,” he said.

He suggested that books should be delivered to schools in remote districts first as books are easily available in urban areas.

He said that the center has taken the responsibility of delivering the books to the students on time.

He said that the Janak Education Materials Center is a sensitive area in itself and all the employees should fulfill their responsibilities with sincerity.

He said that the center would be successful if all the employees worked in harmony with each other.

He assured that he would understand the problems at the center and take all possible steps from the ministry.

Minister Shrestha said that the current situation of the Center should be improved as the future can be made successful if the current situation is managed well.
