Narayangarh-Muglin road closed for a week in the afternoon

Bharatpur. The Narayangarh-Muglin road section will be closed for a week in the afternoon to complete the rest of the landslide prevention work. The road will be closed for one week in the afternoon from today till 21.

The Narayangarh-Muglin Road Project has issued a notice stating that the road is being closed to complete the remaining landslide prevention works in Charkilo under the road section.

Project Engineer Sabina Ranabhat informed that the two-way traffic will be closed on the road section from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm. She said all vehicles except emergency services would be stopped.

Ranabhat informed that work will be done in the landslide affected area in the first week of last Ashad. The project has stated that 85 percent landslide prevention work has been completed in the road section. During that period, vehicles coming from Narayandha side will be stopped at Jalbire and vehicles coming from Muglin side will be stopped at Shanti Bazaar.

The Narayangarh-Muglin Road Project has also requested to use alternative roads during the period. Those who are not allowed to use the alternative road have been asked to be patient and follow the discipline of the traffic police and staff.
