The stock market fell by 59 points
Kathmandu. The Nepse index has decreased by 59.70 points on Tuesday. With the decline, the index has come down to 2455.33 points.
A total of 131.06 million shares of 208 companies were bought and sold at a total value of Rs 6.11 billion on Tuesday.
On this day, the indicators of all groups except trade and hotel and tourism groups have declined. The index of the largest life insurance group has declined by 519 points. Similarly, non-life insurance group has declined by 343 points.
The biggest gainer on Tuesday was Salt Trading Corporation, which gained 9.99 percent. Similarly, shares of Chandragiri Hills rose 9.89 percent on Tuesday.
Apart from these, the prices of one company have gone up by more than 8 percent and three companies by more than 1 percent.
