A 21-year-old pregnant woman died after water accumulated in her lungs

Humla. A pregnant woman of Kharpunath village municipality-1 of Humla has died. According to District Hospital Humla, Ward no.1 Gita Buda, 21 died of lung problems before she became pregnant.

The water flowing during childbirth got stuck in the blood vessel of the lungs and did not work and she was dead today morning. Dr.Tasi Anjuk Lama informed.

Dr.Lama explained that she died when the dirty water stuck in the blood vessel of the lungs could not go out.

She was brought to the district hospital from the village for further treatment after suffering from labor pains.
