Copenhagen. Corona virus infections in Denmark has been gripped those opposing lockdown has been arrested. Authorities in the capital, Denmark, have arrested eight people protesting against the lockdown in the capital, Denmark.

Around 1,200 people participated in the anti-lockdown demonstration organized by a group of dissidents from the lockdown. “Initially, there were about 600 participants in the demonstration, but by the end of the program, it had reached 1,200,” said a police official.

Some of those who have not been peaceful demonstration and the violent activities of those who had just been arrested, police officials said. Police said that eight of the arrested protesters had resorted to violence, vandalism and arson.

The government is extending the lockdown in Denmark, saying the corona virus epidemic is out of control. Denmark is currently experiencing a partial lockdown. The lockdown has been going on in Denmark since last December. – RASAS-AFP
