Renewal of financial assistance agreement between Sanima Bank and Patan Hospital
Kathmandu. Last year’s agreement between Sanima Bank Limited and Patan Hospital for the treatment of women with low financial status has been renewed. Under the agreement, Sanima Bank has been providing assistance to low-income women for treatment up to Rs 20,000 per person.
Sanima Bank has been depositing money in the Nari Bachat Khata at the rate of Rs. 1 per month on behalf of the bank for each ‘Nari Bachat Khata’. The bank has renewed the agreement with Patan Hospital for the purpose of spending the collected amount for the upliftment of women.
The agreement was signed between Sanima Bank’s Chief Executive Officer Bhuwan Kumar Dahal and Patan Hospital’s Director Pvt. Ravi Shakya signed.
Shakya, director of Patan Hospital, said that the assistance provided by the bank to the hospital under its social responsibility would provide relief to the treatment of low-income women.
