Chinese President Xi Jinping to visit India

Kathmandu. Chinese President Xi Jinping is scheduled to visit India soon after tensions between the two countries have eased. Jinping will come to India to attend the BRICS summit, which includes Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

It is India’s turn to hold the conference this year and China has agreed to it. The Chinese Foreign Ministry said it would assist India in hosting the conference and would not be affected by the ongoing border dispute. Earlier, India had hosted the BRICS conference in 2016.
