Waiting for the verdict from today
Kathmandu. The issue of dissolution of the House of Representatives has now come to a head. While waiting for the verdict, the Supreme Court has completed the entire process of hearing.
The Supreme Court has set a deadline of Monday for both parties and Amicus Curiae lawyers to file debates. According to Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana, the verdict in the case may come any day.
He had said in the session on Falgun 7 that the verdict would come on 11. “Apparently, the verdict could be given on the same day if it ends on the 11th, and the verdict could be given on the same day if it ends on the 12th,” said Chief Justice Rana.
We are concerned about what the Supreme Court decides in the dissolution of the House of Representatives. President Bidhya Devi Bhandari had decided to dissolve the House of Representatives on Poush 5 on the recommendation of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
