Three-day ‘Photography and Videography Workshop’ completed

Kathmandu. A three-day ‘Photography and Videography Workshop’ has been organized by the Film Journalists Association of Nepal, an umbrella organization of film journalists. Certificates were distributed to the trainees at the closing ceremony presided over by Dinesh Sitaula, President of Film Journalists Association of Nepal.

The workshop started at the hall of the Film Development Board on Thursday and ended on Saturday. More than 40 journalists participated in the workshop.

The chief guest of the program, Chairman of the Film Development Board, Dayaram Dahal, said that the three-day workshop played an important role in building the capacity of journalists. Chairman Dahal has announced that one of the participants will be rewarded with an award given by the board on the day of the annual celebration.

Hari Neupane, Mahendra Bista, Bijay Basyal, Bishnu Kalpit, Rajan Kafle, Dinesh DC, Deepak Gurung, Dilip Thapa Magar, Shyam Shrestha and Shridhar Poudel imparted training on photography and videography.

The program was coordinated by Kuber Dangol, vice president of the association. The association has announced that it will hold workshops on writing growth and other issues in the coming days.
